Irkutsk academic drama theater of N.P.Ohlopkov is the pride of Irkutsk theatergoers. The Irkutsk Drama Theater is the oldest one in Siberia. The rumor is that the theater has even seen Kolchak. This stage was the Launchpad for the works of Siberian authors, including “Deadline” by Valentin Rasputin and “The Eldest Son” by Alexander Vampilov.
